Return Policy 

• Items must be returned within 12 days of the original purchase date. 

• Items must be returned new, unused, without make-up stains and/or odor and with all of original tags still attached.

• If returns are damaged, altered, soiled (or in the condition mentioned in the second bullet point), then the item may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• Return Processing Time: Once your package is received it will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified once we have completed your return.

•  Note: Your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction into your account (typically 2-5 business days).
